Overview
If we don’t know who we are: how God gifted us, what sort of personality or temperament he gave us, or what he made us passionate about, then we can spend a lot of time trying to lead in some way orlead some thing that we’re just not made to do.
This is why we put together this pack. We think it’s
essential every leader really knows who she is and why
God made her that way. It’s only then that we can take a
look at the rest of the wisdom and “rules” and advice and make it work for us in ways that work for us. At the
end of many of my talks I say, “It’s by knowing who
you are that you change the world.” It sounds a bit
cliché, but it’s true.
